Lumière shines the spotlight on Victor Sjöström, the founding figure of Swedish cinema, screening monumental classic The Wind, accompanied by the National Orchestra of Lyon conducted by Timothy Brock, while the mesmerizing vision of The Phantom Carriage will be accompanied by the organ, played by Grégoire Rolland. Other cinematic treasures await, accompanied on the piano, including works by Lotte Reiniger, Erich von Stroheim or Ernst Lubitsch.
