One Day One Volunteer

Elisa Perdrix

POSTED ON 13.10.2026

BRIEF BIO: A fan of Tim Burton, the 14th Lumière Award recipient, South Korean actor and singer Ji Chang-Wook, and a loyal supporter of the festival from the very beginning, Elisa Perdrix is joining the team of volunteers this year. With an encyclopedic knowledge of voice actors and Jim Carrey’s career, the 29-year-old from Lyon will be welcoming festivalgoers to the museum gift shop and the Lumière bookstore. “What I enjoy most about my role is meeting people,”  she says. Elisa, who holds a degree in management and administration, has a natural knack for hospitality. It should be noted that, for several years she has worked as a secretary in various organizations across the Lyon metropolitan area, ranging from town halls to an architectural firm and a training center. Passionate about culture, Elisa has five years’ experience in theatre and has just finished a short film entitled Les Maux. “This is really the field that interests me the most; I’d like to work in reception or as a secretary in the cultural sector–that’s my goal.” The word is out!

MY FAVORITE FILM: I’m a big fan of director Hayao Miyazaki’s animated films and all the Disney movies!

THE MOVIE THEATER WHERE I DISCOVERED THE CINEMA: When I was a child, I used to often go to the UGC Part-Dieu and Pathé Bellecour. At home, I often watched Disney movies with my parents.

MY GO-TO FILM: The Mask by Chuck Russell, starring my favorite actor, Jim Carrey. I was even lucky enough to meet the actor Emmanuel Curtil, Jim Carrey’s voice in French, at the Yggdrasil Festival in Lyon!

VOLUNTEERING: Since I love interacting with people, I’ve volunteered for several reception positions at cultural organizations such as the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Spectacle Vivant, as well as for the “Que du Feu” festival, held at the Pôle PIXEL.

MY MISSIONS AT THE FESTIVAL
